City of Ashes (The Mortal Instruments #2), Cassandra Clare 3/5 (After discussing the first book with some friends, they convinced me to just keep reading. I should explain that I think that the books themselves are interesting reads. There is just one plot element that I don’t care for that taints the books a bit for me.)
